Growing up in the shadow of her mother Natalyn Archibong—a fierce fighter for the people—Miriam has picked up that same mantle. Today, Miriam is a trusted advisor to many—winning cases across the country.

A former federal law clerk and Fulbright research fellow in Singapore, Miriam brings a global perspective to her practice. Miriam has specifically served as lead counsel in actions involving statutory and regulatory disputes and successfully defended clients in high-stakes litigation. Miriam’s diverse experience includes offensive and defensive discovery, depositions, internal investigations, and complex motion practice.

Corporate and Regulatory Work and Trusted Advisor

Before co-founding the Archibong Firm, Miriam practiced at an international law firm where she represented clients in commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters across sectors such as energy, education, bankruptcy, cybersecurity, and environmental compliance. Miriam’s background also includes political consulting, and voting rights litigation—making her a uniquely versatile and strategic advocate.

Education and National Recognition

Miriam holds degrees from Spelman College (Phi Beta Kappa, student government association president, and Goldman Sachs Global Leader), Harvard Graduate School of Education, and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law & Public Affairs, and was a two-time White House intern under the Obama administration.

Civic Engagement and Global Impact

A fierce advocate for civic engagement and access to justice, Miriam successfully defended a candidate’s right to remain on the ballot in a high-profile election case and played a key role in training Nigerian judges through a global Rule of Law initiative in Lagos. Miriam also maintains an active pro bono practice, and helped the Atlanta Public Schools System draft its first equity policy.
